1. Full replacement - a 3 - 5 year fixed price agreement whereby D/A will repair or replace any worn out equipment at no extra charge. Includes planned maintenance calls also.
2. Standard - includes as many visits, loaners and parts as needed to keep systems running at peak.
3. Labor Only - prepays for all labor needed, clients pays for parts if needed.
4. PM only - on a schedule, D/A will inspect and clean equipment, repairs not included
