D/A maintains lasting relationships with both those who supply us and with those whom we serve. We selectively choose leading vendors for our products and commit to promotion of specific lines. These lines are not chosen lightly as we demand quality, reliability and cost effective solutions that we can integrate for those depending on our services. Many of the major names in the business have established direct relationships with us knowing that we will represent their lines as a truly professional organization. Some examples are Sony, Dedicated Micros, Gyyr, Philips, Pelco, Panasonic, Lenel, Sensormatic, Rainbow, Stantron, and Northern ESG.

In addition to the direct manufacturer relationships, we integrate many other security products available today. A variety of product and service disciplines are available to us through networks and affiliations established over 30 years in the business.

D/A is an active member of the industry's key professional organizations such as, ASIS, IAHSS, and BFAAM.

For wider presence, we have formed strategic alliances with other dealers across the USA through SecurityNet, PSA, and NIBESA. Through these service organizations, D/A maintains a network of peer relationships with other high-level System Integrators and bank equipment companies selected from the major cities around the country. Selection criteria for membership in these organizations is primarily "ability to service and support each other's customers with the same quality service that we demand of ourselves". We can comfortable rely on each other to support us in our business relationships with the national companies we serve.

Most importantly, we build lasting relationships with our quality customers. It is a stated policy that we will do everything possible to provide satisfactory solutions (living up to our commitments) to reasonable customers even if it costs us money. We define our capabilities, keep our promises, and provide the best solutions we can within the business parameters established. In turn, we expect our customers to keep us informed of their needs and concerns, have established service agreements and pay us in a timely fashion. We are a very flexible company and can mold into many shapes to fit our customer's needs. It is though great communications and cooperation that we find the best fit for each situation.

Many of our relationships have been ongoing for years. Some of these are very large and some are small. Bank One, Standard Federal Bank, St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, ITT Automotive, Eaton Corporation, Shoreline Bank, Hurley Medical Center, University of Michigan Police, Kettering Institute, Michigan State Credit Union, Mt. Clemens General Hospital, Detroit Public Library, Hudsons and others have been with D/A for many years.
